Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your access to and use of the MantrixFlow platform, including our batch data pipeline services.

By accessing or using the MantrixFlow platform, services, APIs, or any associated applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at our sole discretion.
You must be at least 18 years of age. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and maintaining secure access.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, MantrixFlow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its tools for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription.
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your raw data and the final outputs. MantrixFlow does not claim ownership over Customer Data.
MantrixFlow retains ownership of the underlying software, code architecture, documentation, platform enhancements, and all related intellectual property. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by MantrixFlow without restriction or obligation.
You agree NOT to use the Services to:
MantrixFlow reserves the right to investigate and suspend or terminate access for any violation.
You are responsible for:
Certain features require payment. Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annual). MantrixFlow may modify pricing with 30 days' prior written notice. Enterprise customers are governed by their Enterprise Agreement.
For Paid Services, MantrixFlow commits to:

Service credits are applied as a percentage of fees for the affected period when targets are not met. Downtime excludes issues caused by the internet backbone, your networks, or unauthorized modifications by you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANTRIXFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MANTRIXFLOW'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS).
Upon contract termination, you may retrieve your data in standard formats (e.g., CSV, JSON) within 30 days. After 30 days, we will permanently delete your data and provide a certificate of secure deletion upon request.
You may terminate your account at any time. MantrixFlow may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, non-payment, or security issues.
Where the platform uses AI for automated transformations (e.g., AI-generated schema mapping or data transformations), we will label such synthetically generated or AI-modified information to ensure transparency. You acknowledge that AI-assisted features may produce outputs that require your review before use in production.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
