Service Description
- —MantrixFlow is a data pipeline platform that moves data from source systems to destination databases.
- —Users define supported database connections, configure SQL models, and schedule automated transfers where the workflow supports scheduling.
- —The service includes a web application for configuration, API access where available, and hosted infrastructure for data processing.
Account Requirements
- —You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- —You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- —You may not share account credentials or allow others to access your account.
- —MantrixFlow accounts may be accessed using email/password authentication and supported OAuth-based integration flows.
Acceptable Use
- —You may only use Mantrixflow for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- —You may not use the service to process data that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- —You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
- —You may not use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- —You may not exceed the usage limits of your plan without upgrading.
Third-Party Integrations
- —You may connect MantrixFlow to supported third-party services such as managed PostgreSQL providers.
- —You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect those services and process data from them.
- —Your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.
- —You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through MantrixFlow where supported, or by contacting support.
Payment Terms
- —Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- —All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
- —We may change pricing upon 30 days notice. Price changes apply to your next billing cycle.
- —You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service.
Termination
- —You may terminate your account at any time through the application interface.
- —We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
- —Upon termination, customer data and integration metadata will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and data deletion process.
- —Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Limitation of Liability
- —To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mantrixflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- —Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- —We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Governing Law
- —These Terms shall be governed by the laws stated in your applicable order form or agreement with MantrixFlow.
- —If no separate agreement applies, disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over MantrixFlow's principal business location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
